Sean Quinn is an Investigative Counsel at the Office of Congressional Ethics (“OCE”). Prior to joining the OCE, Mr. Quinn was an associate at the Washington, D.C. law firm Williams & Connolly, LLP, where he handled a variety of complex white collar defense matters. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Cleland (U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan).
Mr. Quinn graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Quinn was the senior articles editor for the Georgetown Law Journal and a finalist in the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.
